Luciano Machi
Design Director
Based in Buenos Aires, Luciano Machi is a Design Director and Creative Entrepreneur.
He is the founder of The Real Realm, an AI-driven audiovisual production company pushing the boundaries of storytelling through cutting-edge technology. He is also the co-founder and Design Director at FAMA, a design and animation studio launched in 2022 with Federico Fabiano, specializing in bold visual narratives for brands in media, sports, and technology.
His career began in 2003 with the co-founding of Can Fly, a studio dedicated to television branding. In 2012, he established his own practice focused on digital formats—developing brand identities, promos, ad campaigns, and motion design for broadcast and commercial projects.
He also serves as Design Director at Bonsai3, a creative agency focused on strategic design and brand expression.
With over two decades of experience in motion graphics, branding, and visual communication, Luciano brings creative clarity, technological vision, and direction to every project he leads.

Federico Fabiano
Motion Director
He is a Motion Graphics Director specialized in branding for television, promotion and program packaging. He also worked for film, commercials and live events.
Based in Buenos Aires but working both locally and internationally with clients and agencies in the United States, Italy, Spain, Germany, Mexico and India and with over 15 years of experience He has worked with brands such as Fox, NatGeo, MTv, ESPN, Telemundo, Warner, AXN and many more.
For 13 years he was professor of typography at Cátedra Longinotti @FADU/UBA. That was a space not just to teach but also to learn and to question what he’s learned.
